Uterine Fibroids
Uterine fibroids are caused by uterine cold, which weakens uterine contractions and prevents them from effectively expelling the proliferating tissue from the uterine wall. The main causes are excessive intake of cold foods, prolonged negative emotions and stress, and imbalanced Qi and blood circulation.
Dietarily, avoid cold drinks, cold fruits and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, and milk (with hormones). Vinegar therapy recommends drinking Mulberry Vinegar, Beetroot Vinegar, and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar twice daily, 10 ml each. Dilute with 300 ml of lukewarm water and drink after meals.
During the first one or two menstrual periods, you may experience increased menstrual flow and even the discharge of tissue. This is due to the uterine warming, which allows for stronger uterine contractions and the elimination of waste products. The complete conditioning period takes four months, involving at least three menstrual periods.
Adenomyosis
Adenomyosis is a condition in which the uterine lining becomes congested and thickened, growing into the uterine muscle layer, causing the uterus to swell and enlarge. During menstruation, there can be severe, piercing pelvic pain and heavy menstrual flow.
Improving Qi and blood circulation is fundamental to uterine health. Avoid staying up late, as this can affect your endocrine system and liver function, leading to upward flow of turbid Qi, chest tightness, and headaches.
Vinegar therapy recommendations:
- In the first phase, drink Plum Vinegar and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar for one month. The Plum Vinegar relieves inflammation, while the concentrated brown rice vinegar, rich in amino acids, repairs damaged cells and tissues.
- In the second phase, drink Mulberry Vinegar, Beetroot Vinegar, and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar. Mulberries nourish kidney Qi and regulate gynecological function, while beetroot activates hematopoiesis.
- After spotting during menstruation, take a three-day break from drinking vinegar to allow your body to focus its energy on metabolizing the uterine lining, reducing the energy consumed by other detoxification processes.
Breast Hyperplasia / Breast Cysts
Breast hyperplasia and cysts are primarily caused by irregular menstruation. Instead of downward movement, turbid qi flows upward, leading to breast nodules. In more severe cases, this condition can further develop in the lymph nodes of the neck and thyroid gland.
Vinegar therapy recommendations: Drink Beetroot Vinegar, Mulberry Vinegar, and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar. Drink 10 ml of each twice daily, diluting 300 ml of room temperature water.
Beetroot supports hematopoiesis, mulberries regulate gynecological function, and promote the downward movement of turbid qi. Concentrated brown rice vinegar is rich in amino acids, activating cell regeneration.
Comprehensive Gynecological Problems
General recommendations for gynecological issues:
- Avoid cold drinks and fruits with a cooling effect.
- Avoid eggs, chicken, dairy products, and peanuts.
- Get enough sleep and maintain a positive mood.
Vinegar therapy recommendations: Take 10 ml each of Mulberry Vinegar, Beetroot Vinegar, and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar, dilute with 300 ml of warm water.
Improvement:
Women with strong Qi and blood flow will experience a heavier menstrual flow after vinegar therapy. Women with weaker Qi and blood flow may experience minimal or even absent menstrual flow for one to two months after vinegar therapy. Afterward, menstrual flow will increase, and some tissue may be expelled. This is due to the uterus warming up, allowing for stronger contractions and the beginning of the excretion of waste products.
Prostate Enlargement
Dietary therapy recommended by Dr. Xu Wenguang from Singapore:
- Avoid chicken, eggs, milk, and peanuts. These foods can exacerbate prostate swelling.
- Eat 20 organic pumpkin seeds, either raw or cooked (do not fry with salt), in the morning and afternoon.
Vinegar therapy recommendations: Drink Pumpkin Vinegar, Plum Vinegar, and Concentrated Brown Rice Vinegar after breakfast and lunch, not at night, to prevent nocturnal urination and disrupted sleep. Vinegar ratio: 15 ml pumpkin vinegar, 10 ml plum vinegar, and 5 ml concentrated brown rice vinegar per serving.
Pumpkin prevents continued prostate enlargement, plums reduce inflammation and detoxify, and concentrated brown rice vinegar, rich in amino acids, repairs damaged cells.
Dysmenorrhea
Many women struggle with menstrual cramps. The most important way to prevent this is to avoid cold drinks and fruits. When the uterus is already congested and contracts in the cold, long-term effects can cause rapid uterine aging. Besides experiencing lower back and abdominal pain during menstruation, it can also lead to infertility.
Vinegar therapy recommendations: Drink Mulberry Vinegar, Beetroot Vinegar, or Old Pine Vinegar. Mulberries nourish the kidneys, beetroot activates blood production, and old pine improves circulation and relieves congestion.
