Return window

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 7 days of the product's delivered date.

Eligibility for return

  • Include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • Have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Label: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Note that the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please be aware of a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs of processing returns, inspecting items, and preparing them for resale.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including those marked as "Final Sale", personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, items with broken hygiene or safety seals (like opened health, personal care, or software products), and gift cards.
