Consumption Considerations:

• This honey is produced using a low-temperature concentration method, resulting in a rich and mellow flavor. When preparing, it is recommended to use water—either cool or warm (below 70°C/160°F)—to preserve the activity of enzymes and vitamins.

• Honey is prone to crystallization at temperatures below 14°C/57°F; therefore, refrigeration is not required after opening. Should crystallization occur, simply place the jar in water heated to 60°C/140°F, and the crystals will gradually dissolve.

• As honey is considered a raw food product, it is not recommended for consumption by infants under one year of age.

• If you have consumed foods containing raw gypsum, raw shellfish, raw oysters, or similar items, it is recommended to wait at least two hours before consuming honey.
