Guanlian Organic Lotus Tea

Organic scented lotus flowers are roasted at a low temperature to preserve their original color and aroma. Add hot water and the petals will swirl and unfold in the cup, releasing an ethereal fragrance. Add goji berries and longans to suit your individual needs. Caffeine-free and tannin-free.

Consumption Options:

1. Hot Drink: Brew each lotus flower in 600cc/20.3oz of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add rock sugar, goji berries, longan, or red dates to your taste for a different flavor.

2. Cold Drink: Chill the brewed lotus flower tea and add honey for a sweet and refreshing taste.

3. Stew: Cook tofu, vegetables, ginger slices, and mushrooms until done. Add 3-5 lotus flowers and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.

4. When the lotus flowers come into contact with hot water, a translucent gelatin will be released from their base, which can be eaten or used as a facial mask.
